The text below is from a Letter to Lord Rees

The nature of such a Conference is as outlined on page 55 of the book which discusses The Catt Question , which is at http://www.ivorcatt.co.uk/28anom.htm.

The book says that the Conference proceeds as follows; "An IEE Journal announces forthcoming discussion; discussion occurs; agreed summary of discussion is reported in an IEE Journal."

The conference can be held under the aegis of any relevant institution - The Royal Society, or Trinity College, or Cambridge University Engineering or Physics Department, or Cambridge University, or The Cavendish, or "Nature Physics", or other. As soon as such a conference is announced, the likes of May Chiao , Associate Editor of Nature Physics , will feel it safe to publish a Commentary on this major issue, which has a history of more than a quarter of a century.

Yours sincerely,

Ivor Catt 15 August 2006. Sent email and slomail.
